ABB Flex Track Conveyor
General
The 2V05 Firewall Cell features two (2) ABB Flex Track Conveyors. The Geo Fixtures at Stations 010 and 020 leave their station after parts are loaded on the Geo Fixtures and the operator presses the runbar to advance them to the next station. Those parts are then spot welded and moved off the Geo Fixtures to continue operations.
Major Components
The ABB Flex Track Conveyor features the following components.

| D | Rack | Linear gear that enables the conversion of rotary motion to linear motion. |
| E | Ball Bearing Block | Allows the carriage to smoothly slide across the rails. |
| F | Gearbox | Reduces speed allowing the conveyor system to operate at the desired speed for optimal material handling without placing excessive strain on the motor. |
| G | Motor | Converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, moving the carriage along the rails while the gearbox gives speed reduction. |
