Unified Lift Assist
General
The Unified Lift Assist on the 2V05 Firewall Cell is used to assist the operator to unload (2V05=V01GM2) parts that did not pass the vision check (2V05=V01UQ55) from the Pull Out Cart (2V05=V01UN1).
Major Components
The Unified Lift Assist feature the following components.

| A | Operator Controls | Used by the operator to control the lift assist as parts are being lifted and lowered. |
| B | Swivel Level Valve | Pneumatic valve that helps position the part properly into the lift assist which is controlled by the Operator Console. |
| C | Rough Locators | To ensure parts are properly loaded onto the lift assist, the Rough Locators provide a way operator to align and place the parts. They are neoprene to handle slight bumps without damaging the part but are hard enough to help align the part. |
| D | Tunker Clamps | Secures the parts into the lift assist for movement. Each clamp consists of an air cylinder, proximity switches, and part touching details such as fingers that properly locate the part into position. |
