Laser Cutting Fixtures
The Laser Cutting Fixtures are designed to hold Day Cab and Sleeper Cab parts for the material handling robot (2V06=V02AR41) that slides along the 7th Axis Slide Unit (2V06=V01AR43). The robot picks up parts from the Laser Cutting Fixtures and placed onto the Geo Fixture in the Laser Cutting Booth.
Major Components
The Laser Cutting Fixtures features the following components.

| A | Control Panel | Allows personnel to pick up parks with a forklift while the machine is running. |
| B | Locating Pin | Used to locate the fixture properly to the part rack when it is in the station. |
| C | Light Screen | Detects when personnel or equipment enter or exit the fixture for safety reason, which may cause an emergency stop condition if personnel are not allowed in the station at the specific time (such as when the robot is entering the station). |
