Unified Lift Assist
General
The Unified Lift Assist on the 2V06 Rear Wall Cell is used to assist the operator to load (2V06=V03GM1) parts to remove parts at the Pull Out Cart (2V06=V03UN1).
Major Components
The Unified Lift Assist feature the following components.

| A | Operator Controls | Used by the operator to control the lift assist as parts are being lifted and lowered. |
| B | Regulator | Used to adjust the air pressure for the vacuum system. If the air pressure is too low, the vacuum pressure may not be strong enough to hold the part properly, which could cause the part to fall out of the lift assist. |
| C | Rough Locators | To ensure parts are properly loaded onto the lift assist, the Rough Locators provide a way operator to align and place the parts. They are neoprene to handle slight bumps without damaging the part but are hard enough to help align the part. |
| D | Pneumatic Suction Cups | Secures the parts into the lift assist for movement as the pneumatic vacuum generator creates a differential pressure between the part and the suction cup. |
