Manual Mode of Operation

Manual Mode Notation

Manual Mode is not a normal part of production and is used to manually control the equipment for the purposes of maintenance or troubleshooting.

If any maintenance or repair work is to be performed on the equipment, follow all safety and lockout procedures outlined on the Lockout / Tagout LOTO posted on the equipment.

Step 1: Manual Mode of Operation Procedure

  • On the Main Operator Panel (MOP), use the two-position selector switch and place the 2V11 Bodyside Sub Cell into Manual Mode by turning the switch to the "MAN" position. The cell will finish its current cycle and return to the Home position.

Step 2: Overview Screen

  • On the Main Operator Panel (MOP), select the "Menu" button in the navigation bar. This will redirect you to the Operating Mode Screen.

Step 3; Operating Mode Screen

  • From the Operating Mode Screen, press the "Manual" button in the center of the screen.
  • After pressing the "Manual" button, the 2V11 Bodyside Sub Cell is now in Manual Mode and ready for manual control.

Step 4: Geo Fixture Manual Screen

  • Navigate to the desired Manual Screen to begin manually controlling the station.
  • Use the function buttons on the left side of the screen to begin manually controlling the motions. The available manual motion buttons and status indicators will vary based on the screen accessed. However, the general manual motion control principle applies to all.
