Operator Display Screens

Operator Overview Screen

The Operator Overview Screen provides the operator a specific action that is to be performed. The Operator Overview Screen will also display the next part to be loaded, as well as the active robot, active station, and active part.

At the top of the screen, there are five (5) navigation buttons that allow for the operator to view the status of the geo fixtures, or return to the Overview Screen. On the right side of the screen, there is a function button that allows for personnel to lock and clean the screen, as well as exit the software.

Item Description Function
A Navigation Bar Allows for personnel to quickly identify the status of various devices and navigate to the other available Operator Screens.
B Clean Screen Allows for personnel lock the display and clean the screen without accidentally pressing the function buttons.
C Exit Closes the software.
D Operator Instruction Displays next step for operator to perform.
E Next Part Displays the next part for the operator to load.
F Active Station / Active Part Displays the active station and active part.

Geo Fixture 1 Status Screen

The Geo Fixture Status Screen allows for the operator to quickly identify the status of Geo Fixture 1 mounted to the turntable. The Geo Fixture Status Screen features status indicator lights that will inform the operator if a fault has occurred with a specific piece of the Geo Fixture.

At the top of the screen, personnel can use the function buttons to navigate to the other screens as required.
