After all parts are assembled, the Bodyside LH is sent to 2V01 Framing via the ABB FlexLean Conveyor.

1	Operator places parts from bins and totes onto the Geo Fixture (2V09-V01GL1UQ51).
2	Robots (2V09-V01AR21, 2V09-V01AR22, and 2V09-V01AR23) makes multiple spot welds to part in Geo Fixture (2V09-V01GL1UQ52) and then moves to clear.
3	Operator places parts from bins and totes onto the Geo Fixture (2V09-V01GL2UQ51).
4	Geo Fixture 2V09-V01GL2UQ51 moves along the FlexTrack to the Robots (2V09-V01AR24 and 2V09-V01AR25).
5	Robots (2V09-V01AR24 and 2V09-V01AR25) make multiple spot welds to the part in the Geo Fixture (2V09-V01GL2UQ51).
6	Robot 2V09-V01AR11UQ41 picks up the part at the Geo Fixture (2V09-V01GL1UQ52) and places in into the Respot Fixture (2V09-V01UQ51).
7	Robot (2V09-V01AR26) does multiple respot welds at the Respot Fixture (2V09-V01UQ51).
8	Robot (2V09-V01AR11) picks up the part at the Geo Fixture (2V09-V01GL2UQ51) and moves it to the Geo Fixture (2V09-V01UQ52).
9	Robots (2V09-V01AR28 and 2V09-V01AR29) make multiple respot welds at the Geo Fixture (2V09-V01UQ52).
10	Robot (2V09-V01AR31) picks up part at the Respot Fixture (2V09-V01UQ51) and moves it to the Pass Table (2V09-V01UQ55).
11	Robot (2V09-V01AR31) picks up part at the Geo Fixture (2V09-V01UQ52) and moves it to the Pass Table (2V09-V01UQ55).
12	Robot (2V09-V01AR81) picks up both parts at the Pass Table (2V09-V01UQ55).
13	Robot (2V09-V01AR81) moves to the Pedestal Sealer Stand (2V09-V01AR31XQ41), which places sealant on parts.
14	Robot (2V09-V01AR81) moves to the Stud Weld Fixtures (2V09-V01AR81XQ51 and 2V09-V01AR81XQ52), which make multiple stud welds to the parts.
15	Robot (2V09-V01AR81) returns part to the Pass Table (2V09-V01UQ55).
15	Robot (2V09=V01AR81) picks up part at Pass Table 2V09-V01UQ55 and place it in the Respot Fixture (2V09-V01UQ53).
16	Robots (2V09-V01AR211 and 2V09-V01AR212) make multiple spot welds at the Respot Fixture (2V09-V01UQ53).
17	Robot (2V09-V01AR81) picks up part at the Respot Fixture (2V09-V01UQ53) and places part in the Vision Holding Fixture (2V09-V01UQ54).
18	Robots (2V09-V01AR191) does vision check on part in the Vision Holding Fixture (2V09-V01UQ54).
19	Robot (2V09-V01AR191) picks up the part at the Vision Holding Fixture (2V09-V01UQ54).
20	If the part has errors, the Robot (2V09-V01AR191) places the part in the Pull Out Cart (2V09-V01UN1) for repair.
21	If the part has no errors, the Robot (2V09-V01AR191) places the part on Exit Conveyor (STN-104).
