New London Engineering Conveyor
General
Located at Station 020, the New London Engineering Conveyor receives parts from the material handling Robot (2V12-V01AR42). The operator removes finished parts from the conveyor and places them in bins to be picked up and transferred to 2V10 Body Side RH.
Major Components
The New London Engineering Conveyor features the following components.

A | Take Up Arm | Used to adjust the tension of the belt on the conveyor. Over time, the belt will gain slack and will required adjustment to retention the belt using the take up arm. |
B | Photo Sensor | Detects part presence on the conveyor. |
C | Conveyor Belt | Carries the finished part out of the station to be unloaded by the operator. |
D | Drive Pulley | It receives rotational power from the drive motor and transfers the power to the conveyor belt, causing it to turn. |
