Reinforced Upper Hinge Pillar RH
Reinforced Door Hinge Assembly RH

Front and Rear Crossmember
Reinforced RR Header LH and RH

After all parts are installed, the part will be sent to 2V10 Body Side RH.

1	Operators load parts onto the Geo Fixture (2V12-V01WR1UQ51).
2	Operator depresses palm button and Turntable rotates 180 degrees.
3	Operator loads parts onto the Geo Fixture (2V12-V01WR1UQ52) using the material handler.
3	Robots (2V12-V01AR21, 2V12-V01AR22, and 2V12-V01AR41) move in and weld.
4	Robots (2V12-V01AR21 and 2V12-V01AR22) move to clear.
5	Robot (2V12-V01AR41) moves to EOAT Storage Rack (2V12-V01AR41UQ42) and drops weld gun.
6	Robot (2V12-V01AR41) picks up part at Geo Fixture (2V12-V01WR1UQ51) and places it in the Marriage Fixture (2V12-V01AR41UQ41).
7	Robot (2V12-V01AR41) moves to EOAT Storage Rack (2V12-V01AR41UQ42), picks weld gun, and clears the rack.
8	Turntable (2V12-V01WR1) rotates 180 degrees.
9	Robots (2V12-V01AR21, 2V12-V01AR22, and 2V12-V01AR41) move in and weld.
10	Robots (2V12-V01AR21 and 2V12-V01AR22) move to clear.
11	Robot (2V12-V01AR41) moves to EOAT Storage Rack (2V12-V01AR41UQ42) and drops weld gun.
12	Robot (2V12-V01AR41) picks up part at Geo Fixture (2V12-V01WR1UQ52) and places it in the Marriage Fixture (2V12-V01AR41UQ41).
13	Robot (2V12-V01AR41) moves to EOAT Storage Rack (2V12-V01AR41UQ42), picks weld gun, and clears the rack.
14	Robot (2V12-V01AR23) spot welds parts at the Marriage Fixture (2V12-V01AR41UQ41).
15	Robot (2V12-V01AR42) picks the part up at the Marriage Fixture (2V12-V01AR41UQ41) and places the finished part on the Conveyor (2V12-V01GL11).
