After all parts are installed, the part will be sent to 2V01 Framing via the ABB FlexLean
Conveyor.

includes VMMS Sheets, Lubrication Maps, Standard Maintenance Procedure
(SMPs), and AM Calendars.

Process
The following is a abridged version of the sequence of operation for the 2V07 Roof Inner & Door Ring LH Cell.

Operator places parts from bins and totes onto the Geo Fixture.

Turntable rotates 180 degrees.

Robots (2V07-V01AR21 and 2V07-V01AR22) weld assembled parts
on the Geo Fixture.

Robot (2V07-V01AR41) moves on the ABB 7-Axis Slide Unit and picks
up the welded parts from the Geo Fixture (2V07=V01WR1).

Robot (2V07-V01AR41) moves on the ABB 7-Axis Slide Unit to the Pedestal Welder
(2V07-V01AR41XQ11).

Pedestal Welder (2V07-V01AR41XQ11) spot welds the part on Robot (2V07-V01AR41).

Robot (2V07-V01AR41) moves to the Vision Check Fixture (2V07-V01UQ51)
and places the part on the fixture. The Robot moves out of the station.

Robot (2V07-V01AR191) moves to the Vision Check Fixture (2V07-V01UQ51) and runs the
vision check. When the check is completed, it moves out of the station.

Robot (2V07-V01AR41) moves into the Vision Check Fixture (2V07-V01UQ51) and picks up
the part.

If the part did not pass the vision check, Robot 2V07-V01AR41 moves along
the ABB 7-Axis Slide Unit and places the part in
one of the Unload Racks at Station 50. If the part did not pass the vision check,
or places the part into the ABB FlexLean Conveyor (2V07-V01GL1)
if the part passed the vision check.

If the part passed the vision check, Robot (2V07-V01AR41) moves along the
ABB 7-Axis Slide Unit and places the part into the ABB FlexLean Conveyor
(2V07-V01UQ51), where the part will be transferred to 2V01 Framing.
