Unload Racks
General
There are two (2) Unload Racks located in Station 50, used for operators to manually remove finished parts from the station. Robot 2V07=V01AR41 places the finished parts in the part Unload Racks. The operator can then remove the rack from the station. There are sensors that acknowledge when an operator has entered and exited the location of the unload racks, and if the rack if a person or rack go too far into the station, the machine will enter an e-stop condition for safety purposes.

The Unload Racks features the following components.

| B | Lock | Locks the rack in place in the station so that the rack does not move while the robot is placing parts in the rack. |
