System Overview

The following parts are assembled to create the Firewall Assembly at this Cell:

Bracket Con Strut LH & RH
Bracket Cowl Mount
Bracket End Cap LH & RH
Bracket Stage Column Spacer Assembly
Bracket Tie Plate LH & RH
Bracket Upper Hinge Assembly LH & RH
Cross Member Lower Assembly LH & RH
Cross Member Rear Assembly
Cross Member with Shield Outer Assembly
Panel Firewall LDH
Panel Windshield Lower & Upper
Windshield Member Assembly LH & RH

After all parts are assembled, the part is transferred to the 2V01 Framing Cell via the ABB FlexLean Conveyor.

2V05 Firewall Equipment Layout

1	Operators 1 and 2 load the Firewall Outer Shelf and Firewall Outer parts onto the Geo Fixture (2V05-V01GL1UQ51) at Station 010.
2	Conveyor (2V05-V01GL1) transfers the Station 010 Geo Fixture (2V05-V01GL1UQ51) to the Station 010 Robots.
3	Operators 1 and 2 load Firewall Inner parts onto the Geo Fixture (2V05-V01GL1) at Station 020.
4	Conveyor (2V05-V01GL2) transfers the Station 020 Geo Fixture (2V05-V01GL1) to the Station 020 Robots.
5	Robots (2V05-V01AR21, 2V05-V01AR22, and 2V05-V01AR23) make multiple spot welds to the part on Geo Fixture 2V05-V01GL1UQ51.
6	Robots (2V05-V01AR24 and 2V05-V01AR25) make multiple spot welds to the part on Geo (2V05-V01GL2).
7	Robot (2V05-V01AR41) picks up the part from Geo Fixture 2V05-V01GL1UQ51.
8	Robot (2V05-V01AR42) picks up the part from the Geo Fixture (2V05-V01GL2).
9	Robot (2V05-V01AR41) moves the part to Pedestal Welder (2V05-V01AR41XQ11) which does multiple spot welds.
10	Robot (2V05-V01AR42) moves the part to Pedestal Welder (2V05-V01AR42XQ11) which does multiple spot welds.
11	Robot (2V05-V01AR41) places the part into the Respot Fixture (2V05-V01UQ51) and moves to clears.
12	Robot (2V05-V01AR26) spot welds the part in the Respot Fixture (2V05-V01UQ51).
13	Robot (2V05-V01AR42) places the part into the Geo Fixture (2V05-V01UQ52) and moves to clear.
14	Robots (2V05-V01AR29, 2V05-V01AR28, and 2V05-V01AR27) make multiple spots welds to the part at the Geo Fixture (2V05-V01UQ52).
16	Robot (2V05-V01AR11) picks up the part from the Respot Fixture (2V05-V01UQ51) and places it into the Draw Arc Fixture (2V05-V01UQ54) and moves to clear.
17	Robot (2V05-V01AR12) picks up the part from the Geo Fixture (2V05-V01UQ52) and places it into the Respot Fixture (2V05-V01UQ53) and moves to clear.
18	Robot (2V05-V01AR51) makes multiple stud welds to the part at the Draw Arc Fixture (2V05-V01UQ54).
19	Robots (2V05-V01AR213, 2V05-V01AR211, and 2V05-V01AR212) make multiple welds to the part on the Respot Fixture (2V05-V01UQ53).
20	Robot (2V05-V01AR14) picks up the part at the Draw Arc Fixture (2V05-V01UQ54) and places the part onto the Vision Check Fixture (2V05-V01UQ55).
21	Robot (2V05-V01AR13) picks up the part at the Respot Fixture (2V05-V01UQ53) and places the part onto the Vision Check Fixture (2V05-V01UQ55).
22	Robot (2V05-V01AR191) moves to to the Vision Check Fixture (2V05-V01UQ55) and performs Vision Checks and then moves to clear.
23	Robot (2V05-V01AR14) picks up part at the Vision Check Fixture (2V05-V01UQ55).
24	If part failed at the Vision Check Fixture (2V05-V01UQ55), tne part is placed in the Pullout Cart (2V05-V01UN1).
25	If part passed at the Vision Check Fixture (2V05-V01UQ55), the part is Date Stamped at (2V05-V01PF1).
26	Robot (2V05-V01AR14) places finished parts on the overhead conveyor (2V05-V01GL11).
