System Overview

The LH and RH Bodyside Sub are assembled at this station. The Header, C-Pillar Latch, Cabin Mounts, and TV Bracket , and all associated brackets, rails and mountings, are installed at the 2V11 Bodyside Sub Cell.

1 Turntable rotates 180 degrees.
2 Operator(s) remove parts from Geo Fixture (2V11-V01WR1) at T1 and T3.
3 Operator presses palm buttons and shot pins extend and clamps close.
4 Operator(s) install parts onto Geo Fixture (2V11-V01WR1).
5 Robots (2V11-V01AR21 and 2V11-V01AR22) move in and weld parts.
6 Robots (2V11-V01AR21 and 2V11-V01AR22) move to clear.
7 Turntable rotates 180 degrees.
8 Operator(s) remove parts from Geo Fixture (2V11-V01WR1) at T2 and T4.
9 Operator(s) install new parts onto Geo Fixture (2V11-V01WR1).
10 Operator(s) press palm buttons.
11 Robots (2V11-V01AR23 and 2V11-V01AR24) move in and weld parts.
12 Robots (2V11-V01AR23 and 2V11-V01AR24) move to clear.
13 Turntable rotates 180 degrees.
